Hilarious story Nelson, I am sure this has been recalled with teary eyes many times over the years. We had our own memorable DYI this past Sunday. Installing a 50lb chandelier in our 14ft vaulted ceiling. Firstly, being up on a ladder that high was no fun for me. Luckily Neil was excellent at improvising, strapping the chandelier to the top of his ladder allowed him both hands to connect the wires and I had minimal time on the shorter ladder. Brilliant, and so far so good it’s still hanging up there.

Nelson,

Just as you predicted, Lorna is laughing… and Pat, not so much. This story reminds us a lot of when we were renovating our home… a few small electrocutions and an emergency room visit to remove foreign objects from Lorna’s eye (at least having more kids was never questioned).
